Time Machine.

Yes, that was just what she needed. And as it stood right before her, she couldn't believe her eyes. It was a time machine. She slowly walked towards it and as she did, she thought of all that she was going through. Her life was shattered. She had lost everything and everyone she had. The only  ray of hope she had been holding on to slowly faded somewhere in the darkness and left her all alone. She saw all her loved ones screaming at her for something she'd never done. She watched as all of them walked away one by one and soon, she broke down.

'The time machine was the only solution now', she thought to herself. But did she want to go back in time and undo what she'd done or would she rather make sure she never made mistakes? As she finally bid today goodbye, she went to the future, thinking she'd learn to stand up again and start afresh, tomorrow.

Déjà vu.

I closed my eyes and the most vivid images crossed my mind. I was blinded by unforgettable and intense memories- few that made me smile, some that brought tears to my eyes and the others, made me shudder with horror. I couldn't understand why these memories were coming back to me. I tried to open my eyes, but somehow my eyelids became heavy and glued shut. I could not understand what was happening. Suddenly I couldn't feel myself anymore. All I can remember was that I fell with a loud thud.

I woke up to a peculiar music. I struggled a little and finally opened my eyes. I looked at my hands, they were scarred and so were my arms. I felt the strangest feeling of Déjà vu. I finally realised where I was and things slowly started to take shape. I was in a place I had sworn I would never go to again. I was in the cursed castle. I don't know what had taken me there. Wasn't the curse broken long ago? Wasn't I free? Painful surges of adrenaline twitched in my veins and I felt as though someone had pumped poison into my bloodstream.

Is this just a dream? Will I wake up from my sleep safe and secure with the ones I love? There was only one way to find out. I slowly pushed against the cold stone floor where I lay and with pain I lifted myself up. I glanced around and things looked the same way they looked 5 years ago. The satin violet curtains still eerily embellished the horrid windows and the grey stone floor still had the same strange shine. Each wall had two fire torches on the upper corners and the wooden door looked like it was locked up for a million years. I looked out of the window, but the night was pitch black. So I cautiously walked towards the door, crossing my heart and hoping she wasn't there.

But just as I opened the door, she gave me the wicked smile she always did. Adreana D'Ville. The name that made me scimper and shiver no matter where I was. The name that gave me goosebumps no matter in what context I heard it. The one person who could even make my sweetest memory the worst. She was standing right in front of me and all I wished to do was run. But my feet were fastened to the floor as if someone had used the most strongest adhesive in the world and glued my feet down to the cold stone. I was paralyzed.

I Believe in Pixies♡

Love is when a puppy licks your face- even after you've left her alone all day :).

Pixie is probably the best that I can ever ever have. She's a puppy, a friend, a sister, a daughter, a care-taker, a teddy bear and so much more all wrapped into one tiny little 'SHE-IS-SO-CUTE-I-WANT-TO-EAT-HER-UP' package.

This maybe my shortest blog post ever, but I don't think I need to say much.
I Believe in Pixies. Do you? (:

Smile.

Smile. Show the world that you're stronger. Stronger than what you were yesterday.
Dream big. Never let others bring you down. Do what you want, achieve what you can. Grow everyday. Make mistakes, learn new things.Value things, good and bad. Let people come into your life and more importantly, if they aren't worth it, LET THEM GO. Don't depend on anything else but yourself. Let your only competition be the person you see in the mirror. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. The whole world is in your hands, you can do what you want, as long as you BELIEVE. Work hard, do whatever you can to fulfill your dreams.
So what if someone important isn't a part of your life anymore? So what if something you wanted didn't turn up the way it expected? Things in your life are shattered? You think there isn't any way out of this mess? There is. Pick up your worn out tools and start again. Use the bricks that they throw on you to build a castle.  Make sure you don't repeat mistakes again. It may sound simple, but it isn't. And that's what makes you stronger. Whining about what happened isn't gonna get you anywhere. People will remember how you had the courage to stand up again and smile, not how you cried and whined about it and ruined the rest of your life.
Everyone sees ups and downs in life. Everyone sees that phase in life where nothing favors them. Most people end up getting devastated. But it's time you strive to be one of those different people who deal with tough questions that life puts across. Use them as opportunities to be better people, to achieve something far beyond thought. This is what most successful people do, if I'm not wrong. They aren't perfect either. They have problems too. But what makes them different is that when they are shattered, they pick up all they have and start again. They believe, they move on. They show the world that small losses don't affect them. They smile.

Unexpected.

Life is uncertain. Your yesterday may have been horrendous, but you never what today has in store for you. Today would've been the best day of your life, but you never know what happens tomorrow. Time decides how everything around you is going to be- The problems you're going to face, the warmth that you will receive from others, the people you're going to meet, what you're going to be doing and that in turn affects what actually happens in your life.
Time gives you what's best for you. She gives you rain so you know the value of sunshine. She gives you sunshine right after rain and shows you the rainbow. People come, people go. But some people stay. They may not be beside you for life, but they'll always be on your mind. Some may change you, some may help you discover yourself.

My yesterday was shattered. I was lost and out of place. But yesterday, he came into my life and gave me new direction. It's been just a while since I know him now and whatever others think or say, we're probably meant to be this way- to fool around like studs. And that's what we do. We trust each other, we meet, we talk sh*t, we talk about people. We laugh, we cry, we share stuff. We write, we relate. We're stupid, we're crazy. We keep repeating stuff again and again. We do shit, we have similar crazy ideas. We live life to the fullest. We're similar.
And that's what I needed all this time, I needed someone like me. Someone I could pour out my heart out to, someone who'd laugh at the things I do and not call me weird. Someone to accept the fact that we are a little weird and life's a little weird and so it's okay to be weird. Someone to be with me when I try new things for the first time and give me company while I do. All those times I tried new things for the first time would have never ever been fun without him. So many memories, so much advice and those endless conversations. Things would have been so incomplete without him. Studs forever B).

The Best I've Ever Had

Ever had that one friend who you met unexpectedly? Yet they've become so close to you. Someone who's been there for you through thick and thin. Someone whom you trust with your eyes wide shut. Someone you can always depend on. Someone who's always got your back. Someone who's shoulder is always there for you to cry on. Someone whom you can call YOUR best friend.

It's been almost about sometime that I've known her but yet she's been with me through my most craziest memories. She's seen me through my best and worst, she's been with me through so many 'First time I ever did's. She's helped me out with numerous 'ups and downs' situations and laughed at the stupidest things. We've done so many crazy things ourselves in fact. We've seen so many days of fun as well as sorrow. Looking back, I cannot imagine my life without this girl now. It's been almost a year and she's a big part of my life.

Thank you so much, love. Life would've been so hard without you. I love you so much, you have new idea:*

Broken.

Do you know what it's like to see someone you know become someone you used to know? Have you ever spent endless nights thinking about why you can never get them back? Do you think about them during everything you do during the day, every single second of your day is devoted to their thoughts? Thinking how things got so bad and wished you could just undo everything? Do you ever wish upon a shooting star that things get back to how they used to be?

You try to be strong everyday. It isn't easy seeing them with new people and thinking of the time when you used to be the only person who they devoted all their attention to. You'll knew each other so well, in fact, both of you were so similar. Doesn't it hurt to see them just go away? You miss them but you know you can't get them back. The only songs in your playlist are a few sad songs and all the rest, songs that remind you of your memories with them. You re-read your text messages and smile sometimes, and sometimes you cry, because you wonder why you just can't do anything about it.

But be strong. Be independent. People come, people go. You're the only one you ever need. Don't regret it's over, be happy it just happened. Learn from your mistakes, enjoy what you do and what you have to live with. Love yourself, love others. Believe in everything you want to believe in. Do what you want to do. If you're broken, pick up the pieces and start again. If you're broken, laugh your problems off. If you're broken, know that better days will come. If you're broken, remember that you're perfectly amazing just how you are, so you have no reason to be upset.

Nothing Lasts Forever.

They were so close, yet they felt so far away. They hardly spoke to her anymore unless she initiated it (or of course when they had work), but when they spoke to her, the words they said pierced through her like a million thorns. And those scars? They never heal. She missed the perfect days. Days when people couldn't live without her, days when all her friends revolved around her. Days when she didn't sit alone in the recess and wonder how things changed so fast.
No, they didn't hate her. Things just changed. She ain't the center of attraction anymore and that's what keeps annoying her. No matter in what company she is, that feeling of inferiority brings her down and she can't stand it. There are times she breaks down, sitting all alone in her room at a time where she'd be rather shopping with her 'girlfriends' once upon a time. There are times she spends hours consoling her friends about stuff in their life where no one knew what was going on in hers. She has tried endlessly to console herself, but in vain.
She seems perfectly fine on the outside with that pretty face, curly hair and beautiful smile. Like anyone in the world knows about the tears she sheds every night for people who she used to know. People she used to know. People who used to love her. People who used to know everything about her. They seem so far away now.
But change is inevitable. Times change, people change. And she's only left with memories. And ofcourse, that fading ray of hope that things will get back to how they used to be. But deep inside, she knows they won't. Its slipping away, and deep inside she knows it can't last. But she's still holding on, still trying her best. Sacrificing everything she has, just to get back what she once had. But little does she know, nothing lasts forever.

So many things, so less time.

Okaaay. So I'm sorry I haven't posted anything since long.

There is SO much going around me in SUCH less time! I've finally began to experience how things change when you don't expect them to.
I've been surrounded by lies almost all these weeks and I've finally done a lot of research and come up with how you can deal with lies people you come across tell you.
So here's the top five ways I found to deal with liars:

1. IGNORE. Okay, unless this makes a big difference, or puts you into trouble. It may only be 'white lies', but everyone tells lies or in other words, 'omit the truth' sometimes. So chill out. If they're just small lies, everyone has times in their life where they lie, so just avoid it.

2. Learn to find out if someone lies. It's really easy to find out if they're talking to you face to face, especially when they avoid eye contact or speak at a faster rate or behave a little awkward or generally fidget around with their hands or feet. Make sure you confront them there and then, that too firmly so that they don't get an opportunity to change what they may have said.

3. Analyse. If they lie once, let it go. If they keep lying let them go. Or if you can't, at least find out why they're doing so. It can also be that you're wrong on your part, so analyze the problem, talk it out to them and then decide what you're gonna do about it.

4. Decide. Decide what you're gonna do about this and think carefully. Don't make mistakes here, think it out with a cool mind. Sometimes things can get serious, so if you're a kid you can probably tell an adult about this. Deal with the problem coolly and take things one at a time. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY.

5. If you are an individual who realizes that you've began to lie a lot, find the root cause to your problem. Tell  someone you can trust about this problem and make restrictions for yourself so that you begin to control this habit before if goes to far.
Don't underestimate yourself. Everyone has problems and every problem has a solution. So be strong, believe :).

You have to open your 'real eyes' and 'realize' the 'real lies'.

A few life hacks (;

It is said that life isn't a bed of roses. But that doesn't mean it's a bed of thorns either. Let me get this straight, Life is NOT a bed - neither or roses nor thorns. One CANNOT afford to rest in life, so we can't really call it a bed. Even when you're sleeping, your heart still beats, your lungs still breath, your mind still thinks and the world around you goes on.
The truth is: Life is hard and the only thing you can do about it is set a few rules which make your life easier- not by changing things around you, but changing yourself. I'm not talking about becoming someone completely different, I'd want you to bring about a few voluntary changes that would help you to have a more positive outlook towards life.
You can just follow certain rules- use sensible, or rather, systematic shortcuts which would automatically ensure a tension and stress free life.
  1. Plan out your goals for the day- Jot down a few things you'd want to achieve in the day. Prioritize and finish them one by one and carry the ones you cannot finish to the next day and make sure you complete them first
  2. Wake up and sleep early- Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Sleeping well boosts your energy and gives you the potential to give in your best throughout the day.
  3. Use your free time to do something creative- Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple once said, 'Creativity is just connecting things', Whether means playing your guitar or painting a masterpiece or watching your favorite movie for the millionth time or doing whatever, just do it. Creativity is the essence of life. So go ahead, pick up that toolbox from that dusty shelf and make a masterpiece :D
  4. Clean stuff around you in the rest of your free time- It keeps your house neat as well as gives you something to do. It maybe a bit boring at first, but it's surely useful.
  5. Earn your own money- That way you aren't indebted to anyone and you'd get a sense of responsibility and independence. You won't have to answer anyone as to how or where you spent the money because its your own hard work.
  6. Only comment when you're asked to do so- This makes sure others don't get offended and you kind of stay away from drama in your life.
  7. Visit blogs that interest you at least once a day- Keeps you refreshed and updated. Guess that's all I can say. :x
  8. Move on- Sometimes that's all you can do when things don't work out. Life's full of opportunities, so learn to forgive, forget and move on.
  9. Risk it all and try new things- Learn to take risks. Life isn't fun otherwise. But at the same time, know the difference between mistakes and risks.
  10. Be honest, always- That way you don't have to remember what you said. And be straight forward. I'd rather want someone to tell me the truth rather than to make excuses, won't you?
  11. Prepare for everything a night in advance- That way you get a few minutes of extra sleep time next morning and you won't have to forget something in a rush.
  12. Walk a lot- I mean it. A LOT. It is scientifically proved that brisk walking at least an hour a day prevents so many diseases and keeps your health intact. It also adds years to your life and kick-starts your mood.
  13. Write down your commitments somewhere you'd see them everyday so you won't forget- It helps you to do your work without forgetting before deadline.
  14. Ask- For help, advice and if you're not sure about something. You're never gonna know unless you ask. So go ahead and askkk.
  15. Do one thing at a time- And always give in your best. Focus on one goal at a time so that things are easier.
  16. Keep a USB and a few more things in handy- You never know when your hair gets messed up or when you need something from your friend's computer. Plan out a list of things that you think are essential. Cosmetics, a deodorant, writing material or whatever you think is useful. Put those things in a small bag and carry it with you where ever you go.
  17. Keep yourself organised- Best way to make your life simpler.
  18. Stay out of other people's life- Helping them out is okay. Getting involved in their lives is not. Live your life independently and let them do the same.
  19. Smile- And if you do, smile more often. Everyone looks beautiful when they smile (:
  20. Try replacing cold drinks with water or coconut water- They aren't harmful and are very very refreshing. You don't need cola or soda when you're thirsty. You need water.
  21. Exercise everyday- Whether you think you need it or not, its always better to keep yourself flexible and healthy.

    -That's all for noww.
